Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by CHARGING WA PTY LTD, ABN 53 692 564 622, trading as ChargingWA, of Unit 2/77 Forsyth Street, O'Connor WA 6163. Electrical work is carried out under Electrical Contractor Licence EC11686.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information on this site is general

Pages about chargers, solar, switchboards and installation are written to help you understand the work in general terms. They are not advice about your property.

Every home and business is different. What suits yours depends on your supply, your switchboard, how far it is to where you park and Western Power's rules for your connection, and we check all of that on a site visit before we quote.

Prices on this site are a guide

Package prices on this site are starting prices, and the cost figures in our articles are typical costs. They are not an offer you can accept. Your scope and price are set out in a written quote, after we have seen your switchboard and the installation location.

Enquiries you send us

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and you are under no obligation to go ahead with a quote.

Your scope and price depend on accurate details, so please tell us about your switchboard, supply and parking as fully as you can.

What we do with the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Work we carry out

Any installation we carry out is governed by the written quote you accept. Every charger we supply and install comes with a 2-year warranty on the charger and the installation, and your quote sets out what it covers.

Content and images

The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking first.

Product names and trade marks belonging to other companies remain theirs, and are used only to identify the equipment we install.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a charger maker, a public charging network or a government page, we do it because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be up to date or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on a written quote.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page when you use the site is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
